North Woolwich Road | West Silvertown Place
The Project
Located within walking distance of the River Thames, the Royal Victoria Dock and the Thames Barrier Park, West Silvertown Place is undergoing a number of significant developments, making it one of London’s leading regeneration areas.
The residential-led development of the site will provide three blocks ranging from 2 to 9 storeys with two private communal courtyards, which will improve the public realm of North Woolwich Road while increasing its biodiversity and urban greenery.
Our Work
Our team was commissioned to develop a set of architectural visualizations to assist with the planning application for West Silvertown Place. By producing detailed photomontages that situate the project within its urban context, we were able to illustrate the development’s positive impact on the surrounding environment. The images emphasize the project’s enhancements, such as the newly designed cycle lane, increased urban greenery, and improved public realm along North Woolwich Road. They also showcase the addition of new green spaces, communal courtyards, and extensive landscaping efforts, including tree planting and biodiversity net gains. Through these visuals, we demonstrated how the project will create a more sustainable and connected neighborhood.
